Bitforge wins numerous Best of Swiss Apps Awards
The best apps in Switzerland were chosen for the seventh time last night in Zurich. After Bitforge did not enter any apps last year, this time there were 5 in a variety of categories. All of them made it onto the shortlist – 3 of them received awards:
With FOOBY , we have developed a multi-award-winning app together with Coop. It has won 1 x gold, 2 x silver and 2 x bronze. With over 100,000 downloads, the app is a permanent fixture in numerous Swiss kitchens.
The novel augmented reality prototype Holotram wins silver in the prestigious and still young AR / VR category. The application shows ways in which digitalization will help transform the future of vehicle maintenance. A project with VBZ and Bombardier Transportation.
Casa Augmented is revolutionizing the property search in Switzerland. You no longer search for a property, but are found by it. A real innovation, which was awarded bronze in the AR / VR category. The concept and the app were developed on behalf of and in close collaboration with Raiffeisen’s RAI Lab.
We went home with a total of 7 awards – an unprecedented result for Bitforge. Even if it wasn’t quite enough for the Master Award. We have developed the second best app in Switzerland and are ready for the next chance at the Master with a lot of enthusiasm and innovative projects in the pipeline.
