A quick look at the magic: In an ideation round, developers, game designers, consultants and engineers sit around a table and challenge an existing idea or develop their own ideas for the project. In this way, a common technical perspective is developed at an early stage of the project. This helps to develop concepts that can be implemented technically but also pragmatically and therefore cost-efficiently.

In the subsequent concretization of the idea, we help to identify the target users and develop a storyboard. The aim is to have a watertight concept that is clearly defined but also allows a certain flexibility for new ideas and changes.

After conceptualization, the technical challenges must be examined and mastered with a technical concept. If necessary, prototypes are developed to test critical functions.

Only after the technical go-ahead is it clear whether the project can be implemented within a reasonable framework. We can then start developing the wireframes and designs. When developing the design, we work together with various design agencies and creative one-man shows, which are selected according to the requirements.

During the programming of the app, there is a (virtual) meeting at least every two weeks, where we discuss the status of the app and plan the next steps together. A project update can also be requested at any time. The developers discuss progress with the project manager on a daily basis. In the course of a project, our customers not only learn a lot of new things from us, we also learn from them. This is why the project team is called together every two weeks for a reflection meeting. This results in initiatives on how we can make our work in the project better and more efficient.
