Media release: Bitforge appoints Rafael Perez as Chairman of the Board of Directors

Bitforge, one of Switzerland’s leading mobile app agencies, is restructuring its Board of Directors as part of its strategic and organizational development and has appointed Rafael Perez Süess as its new Chairman. He joins the Board, which continues to consist of Reto Senn (Co-Founder) and Robin Waibel (Managing Partner).

Bitforge is responding to a changing market environment with its strategic and organizational development. Specifically, this means that Bitforge will continue to grow, move into an additional office in Zurich and develop new services based on market and customer needs.
The two previous Board members Andreas Hüppi (stronger focus on operational business) and Michael Kägi (reorientation) are voluntarily stepping down from the Board of Directors.

Over the past 20 years, Bitforge has established itself as a reliable partner for well-known Swiss companies in the mobile software sector and has been one of the top-ranked agencies in the Best of Swiss Apps Awards for many years.

Rafael Perez has known Bitforge since the company was founded and shares its vision and passion for innovation and quality work. His extensive industry knowledge and network will make a valuable contribution to further consolidating Bitforge’s position as a leading player in the development of digital platforms and products. He brings many years of experience in the mobile world, including his role as a board member of the industry association Swico, where he is intensively involved in all topics related to mobile technology as Chairman of the Advisory Board of IG Mobile Business.
