News from the Bitforge Creative Engineering Team
We have a new addition. Rubén Núñez now joins the programming team every day, crossing the threshold in a good mood. With several years of experience in Xamarin and Unity, he fits perfectly into the development team like a puzzle piece. In particular, his many years of experience in the 3D field will make a valuable contribution to future augmented and virtual reality projects.
The project management and consulting team will also soon be expanded. From January 2018, Massimo Russo will have a computer and office desk in his home
bitforge. He has been following developments in the Swiss mobile market with great enthusiasm for several years – until now, however, from the Swisscom Tower. Now, as project manager, he will be the link between the customer and the development team and will replace Robin Waibel in this role.
We have a departure to report. It’s been almost 5 years since Julius Vollenweider joined the Bitforge Creative Engineering team. With a combination of technical affinity and a keen eye for all things creative, he has made a valuable contribution to many of our projects. He has now taken the step into self-employment(jxcv). We will therefore continue to be able to draw on his design skills in current and future projects. We are delighted about that!
And last but not least. As part of a reorientation, Andreas Hüppi will take over the CTO position. With almost 15 years of experience in software development, he has a backpack full of everything needed for sophisticated software architectures, technical refinements and solid solutions. Robin Waibel, a new member of the management team, will take over his role as Head of Operations. Robin is now responsible for both the day-to-day business and its development.
