Nokia Radio Apps from Bitforge

The first series of free radio apps went live in the Swiss Ovi Store today. The apps were developed in collaboration with Publicitas and are free to download. In addition to live radio streaming, the apps feature a sleep timer and live program information. More stations will be added in the coming months. The applications have been developed for Nokia Touch devices, specifically Symbian 5th edition and Symbian^3 devices from Nokia, such as Nokia N8 or N97. “With the Nokia apps for the radio stations we can emphasize our multi-platform competence. With the new Widget Runtime technology, we have realized an easy-to-use and interesting application within a short time,” says our CTO Adrian Nägeli.
