Digitalization with a plan - We help companies make processes more efficient, develop new business models and use new technologies.
At Bitforge, innovation is not a buzzword, but a well thought-out process: we combine design thinking with real user validation to ensure that our ideas not only sound exciting, but also really work. Our collaboration with businesses and stakeholders is not a compulsory exercise, but the key to products that are really needed.
Instead of discussing concepts forever, we build prototypes that focus on the essentials – because only what is convincing in real use deserves to be developed further.
We work in iterations and agile – not because it sounds modern, but because this is how we implement successful innovation and digitalization projects that do not go overboard, but offer added value in everyday working life.
And last but not least: a prototype with us is not a disposable product, but the first step towards the finished product. What proves itself can be transferred to the next development phase with minimal overhead.
Prototyping at Bitforge is fast, lean and always close to real users. We adapt our prototyping approach to the project goal and decide individually whether low-fidelity wireframes or high-fidelity code are more effective. Sometimes a Figma design or a clickable prototype is enough for a quick market validation, sometimes a real code prototype is needed to check the technical feasibility.
We develop our code prototypes in hackathon style, with intensive collaboration (including on-site) between customer teams and our developers. The hackathon approach is particularly suitable when it comes to AR, AI or experimental mobile features. This allows us to bring bold ideas from vision to reality faster – and separate innovation from hype.
At Bitforge, we combine technological innovation with practical implementation. Low-code platforms, such as Microsoft Power Apps, enable us to develop functional applications quickly and cost-effectively without the need for time-consuming individual programming. Low-code plays a crucial role in innovation projects in particular: thanks to the fast pace of development, we can test, iterate and adapt ideas quickly.
These tools allow us to digitize business processes in just a few working days and create real business added value. Here are some examples for which this approach is particularly suitable:
We look forward to hearing from you and your projects!
