With the update to Level Sports 2.0, the app is now ready for any sport! Basketball and street soccer have been added since May 2025.
We have also improved the app based on user feedback. The most requested improvement: a new map feature now shows all nearby events at a glance.
The app was developed with the aim of promoting the growth of street floorball in Switzerland and spreading enthusiasm for the sport. With the 2.0 update just six months after its release, the Level Sports app now includes two other popular sports: basketball and street soccer!
Users collect points through various activities, which can be used to level up. Rewards include in-game badges and attractive prizes such as vouchers for street floorball equipment.
The Level Sports app is a sleek new Flutter development. Hosted in Google Cloud, the app is easily scalable and runs reliably. It is connected to Yawave’s marketing automation system.
In the Level Sports app, players can collect three different types of points:
Play points are awarded for participating in a game. To do this, the player must check in at the game location in the app.
Influence points are awarded to users for creating events.
Support points are awarded for participating in a club event such as a general meeting.
All points are added up and contribute equally to leveling up.
